What does the script do?

Default crypto is
a=1, b=2, c=3 ...etc. (Space=0) -
Shiftis the steps taken from the default crypto -
Multiplieris the multiplier of the shifted crypto
With all the very strong encryption around I was just thinking about the cryptography we made up in primary school. Thought it was nice to create a tool for that.
